4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup granular erythritol
1 drop liquid stevia
3 tablespoons almond flour
1/4 cup stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips or the equivalent dark chocolate bar chopped.
Use a spoon to thoroughly mix all ingredients. Drop small scoops on parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
TIPS-*you can drizzle with more melted dark chocolate
*Store in freezer *I use kerrygold grass fed butter because the flavor is the best.
